Geoff has been amazing with my boiler problem. He came very quickly to initially check and recommended a new boiler. He sourced the new boiler quickly and had it all installed two days later. I work late and so trusted Geoff with a key to my property, he was very professional and everything was cleaned and tidy after he left. I told Geoff that my tap was leaking and under the sink pipes were not very safe, Geoff offered to change the pipe work and tap for me which was very much appreciated. Geoff explained everything the whole way through and left me feeling confident and happy. I will need new radiators soon and with no hesitation will ask Geoff to do them for me. Geoff is a legend! I had an issue with a previous heating engineer and he was trying to charge me £3-4k to install a new boiler. I called Geoff and after inspection said it could be repaired. He sources the parts and fixed the boiler for a fraction of the cost. Gas Safe, all good. He also found a leak behind a newly fitted kitchen and managed to fix that too without any damage to the kitchen units. That's why Geoff is a legend. I don't live locally and communication was great throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for any repairs or installation. Top bloke! Definitely worthy of 5 stars! ~ Richard K

F9 Glow Worm fault code and F14 flexicom 30 cx was flashing on my broken boiler. I contacted Geoff on a Friday evening desperate to have someone look at the central heating boiler at a house in Wavertree, L15, which was providing hot water and no heat. He arrived within the hour. Unfortunately, the boiler needed a part he didn't have so couldn't be fixed that evening, but he was back the next day with the required part to fix it. Very efficient and friendly service. Emergency Bolier call out.My parents Combi boiler kept going into error mode when trying to ignite.I tried several supposedly 24 hour call out and Response Boiler Liverpool were the only ones who answered my call at 09:00 on a Sunday morning.Geoff arrived a couple of hours later and problem was solved.Within 30 mins boiler was back up and working(probably sooner had we not been talking so much)I would certainly recommend Geoff and his company Response boiler Liverpool and I have booked him to come and service my own boiler. Came home from weekend away on a Sunday evening to a broken combi boiler, no water and heating. Geoff was kind enough to come out within the hour to take a look. Unfortunately boiler was beyond repair ( it's old ) but he did manage to get it going for hot water. He then re arranged his diary to prioritise fitting a new boiler for us the next day, which he duly did.
